POLICY FOR SELLERS:
1. Registration: Any vendor/seller can register on silkways.com and list their company products & services. After, successful vendor registration, The vendor can avail of any of our plans and enhance the growth of their business. We believe in keeping the customers happy and providing them with products at a very competitive price. We have the best staff who will guide you with their best ideas by keeping constant touch with your customer and informing you about the recent market trends. The seller can also avail of various kinds of services like export, import, shipping, and cargo worldwide. We are dedicated to establishing smooth supply chains for our business community.
2. Charges Applicable to Sellers: Vendor can only register with the payment of one time registration fees i.e. 9 $, then any time they can upgrade to the other plans as below. Charges applicable as per the plan selected by the vendor. Keeping in mind our seller's community & today's market demand. Silkways designed/offers two plans to our vendors (Basic plan & Advance plan) both the plans have different services that ensure to bring growth to sellers business.

3. Listing: Once you are registered, as a vendor on silkways.com, then vendors are eligible for listing products and company profiles on the website. First, you have to update your company profile so the customer can see about your company & contact details. Second, you can start listing your product, as we have various display methods: catalog, pdf, image, and video. You have to upload good-quality images and videos. Genuine product descriptions have to be uploaded. One can not upload any product or images, that have a copyright issue or inappropriate content, else the vendor account will be suspended/terminated without prior notice.
4. Packaging and Shipping: The seller has to pack their products as per forwarding agencies instructions and should provide a complete packing list to silkways after order confirmation. As depending upon the packing list, the shipping rate will be calculated, by the delivery partners. The seller should be in a position to supply items listed on silkways.com. If the seller is found to list items that they cannot provide upon order more than three times they will be banned, from selling on silkways unless the product is not regular or unique, seasonal, or depends on the availability of raw material. However, this warning will be listed in the description of the product. The seller should not send any product which is prohibited by their country. You shall be responsible for providing information relating to the items offered to be sold by you on the website. You handle all such information at all times shall be accurate and complete in all respects. The listing description of the item must not be misleading in any manner and must describe the actual condition of the item. You shall not exaggerate or over emphasize the attributes of any items you propose to sell on the website to mislead other Users in any manner. If the item description does not match the actual condition of the item, you agree to refund amounts that you have received from the buyer or replace items at your own cost, whichever is chosen by the buyer.
5. Payment policy and methods: Silkways has all the methods of payment such as Credit and Debit Cards, Net Banking, Cash, Cards, etc. If silkways.com receives online payment on the seller's behalf, you will get a notification and once we get order confirmation & ready to ship from the seller end, we will transfer the amount within 48 hours to the seller’s account.
6. Refusal to sell: Once any User confirms a purchase in response to a listing made by the seller and paid to silkways through our payment modes. Silkways send notification & seek order confirmation by the seller's end. If the seller does not have the ready product with them then they either cancel the order or can ask for the 3 days grace time to complete the order. If the order is canceled, we will refund the amount back to the user.
7. No Infringement of Intellectual Property of Company and Third Parties: You must ensure that the listed items do not infringe upon the intellectual property, trademark, copyright, trade secret, or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy rights of any third party. Listings may only include content generated by you in the form of text descriptions, graphics, and pictures that describe your item for sale. You agree that the use of logos or trademarks owned by a third-party producer or manufacturer can lead to infringement of the intellectual property rights of such a third party. You will be solely responsible for listing and use of such trademark or intellectual property on the Website and will hold the Website and the Company indemnified and harmless against any claim by third parties that may arise in respect of such use. You agree that under no circumstances would you use brand names or trademarks not owned by you unless the item that you are listing on the Website carries the brand name or trademark of its original manufacturer or producer. You further agree not to use any intellectual properties of the Website or the Company, including its trademarks, brand name in any manner whatsoever. You will not represent to any User or third party, in any, manner that you are affiliated or associated with the Website or the Company or that you have any right to represent the Website or the Company.
8. Hold, Suspension, and Termination of the seller from silkways: If the seller provides incorrect details like false information of product wrong listing, violating shipping & cargo policies, payment issue, bad customers review, or violates any law and order of land or indulges in activities that may, malignant silkways reputation. In any of these cases, you will be banned from silkways.com. While registering, you agree on all of the above sales policies and terms and conditions of silkways.com
