How to register with silkways.com?
 There are some steps to get your company registered in Silkways.com

Step 1 Open the url link www.silkways.com .
Step 2 On the top right side of the home page, there are two option SIGN IN and JOIN FREE.
Step 3 To register your company in Silkways, click on join free. A new window will pop-up, submit all the required details in the registration form, generate your own Password and create your silkways’s account.
Step 4 After creating an account on silkways you will get a dashboard to operate your business on our website by uploading unlimited product and you can easily communicate with buyers and suppliers directly.
*If you forget the password just click on forget password and type your e-mail you will receive your password on your e-mail.

 How to sell your product on Silkways.com?

Step 1- Open your dashboard to upload unlimited products and services. You will get few options on the left side of the dashboard. Choose the option according to your query.

  1. Add Product -you can add unlimited products here.

  2. Edit My Profile - You can edit your profile ex: your name, picture, address etc.

  3. My Products - Here you can get a list of uploaded products.

  4. My Messages - Here you will receive all the messages from your buyers and                                    the Silkways Team also.

  5. My Favorites -  It will show the products which you have chosen

  6. My Orders -It will show all the orders.

  7. My List Item -It will show the products and its information like price, status, date and action.

  8. Received List Item - The bulk order list which is received by buyer.

  9. Received Orders – List of the orders which you have received from the buyers.

  10. Change Password –  By here you can anytime change the password of your account

Step 2- Add product, upload your product and company details.
Step 3- Fill basic information of the product like product title, product keyword, pictures of your product, the company address
Step 4- Put YouTube Video Url if you have any.
Step 5-  Apply all your important details like the mode of payment, the price information like CNF, FOB, CIF or None if you don’t have any, minimum order quantity, payment terms.
Step 6- Upload all the logistic information.
Step 7- Now upload company information, product description, about your packaging and shipping services.
Step 8- Last but not the least, add your product, and wait until we approve.

 

How to place/receive order from Silkways.com?
Step 1- Go to https://silkways.com search your product or scroll down in the page and see what type of product you need to order
Step 2- Choose any product to buy. Scroll down, on the left side of the page Click on “Place your Order” tab.
Step 3- Some details should be filled by the buyer according to the need, place your order by clicking on “Send your Order” tab.
Step 4- Your order gets successfully placed, you have to wait for the response of supplier to get the best quotations for the product.
Step 5- Go to “My Orders”, you may check order details which you placed. After 10 to 20 minutes you will receive the product quotation.
After received the quotation, you may confirm or cancel it. If you confirm it, then automatically you will be back to ‘my order’ page. Here you can choose the mode of payment – offline/online.

If you choose to pay online- then you can pay with any debit/credit cards, net banking etc. 
If you choose to pay offline, you will receive two invoices – one from Silkways and one from the supplier’s Company.
